Person spoke broken English and said they were headed to my home to turn off my electricity. Wanted to give me a number to pay my bill. I told him I have a receipt from paying the electricity bill and he hung up.

Scammers posing as an electrical company threatening service disconnection (dah, I don't have an account with the company they claim to be, and they are not connected with my area's electric transmission either).
