Used to get calls about my computer... now I get silent calls (Silent call) reported by


Used to get calls from someone with an Indian accent claiming to need to fix my computer... I took to wasting as much of their time as I possibly could with silly questions and hearing errors etc. until finally they got sick of talking to me... now I get silent calls... I say hello a few times and then a computer says goodbye.

Said they have detected problems with my service. Claimed to be Concrap, (which I already dislike), and told me they need "remote access to my computer and other equipment." Hmm? I dropped service with them February 7th of 2016. So how is it they are detecting problems with my service....or I should say non-existing service? What a load of crap! In defense of Concrap, I seriously do not believe it was their company who called. I believe it was a creature of darkness attempting to gain access to my computer. Scammers will stop at nothing to take advantage of people.

Indian accent, claiming to be Comcast technician and needing me to go on my computer to help him resolve internet issues. I told him Comcast told me not to do anything based on this type of call. He said OK and hung up.
