A prerecorded phone call asks for your card number or SsN before you evenspeak to anyone. This may be a scam. Don't give out your credit card information. In case you are interested in their offer, call your credit card issuer and verify those information. If your phone number is on the National Do Not Call Registry, you should not get such calls unless you have specifically agreed to accept them. I held for nearly 30 minutes attempting to find out who was calling. they claim BOA out of Texas. They refuse to give address so so I may send letter to company to cease and desist calls since I am on Do Not Call List. I spoke with Elizabeth asking to speak with a supervisor and a was transferred to a automative voice and again held the line for another 50 minutes before deciding to hang up.
