I was pass due by 5 days on a bank of america credit card (Debt collector) reported by


I was delinquent on a bank of America account by 5 days. I did not realize I missed that payment because I rarely use that card. I paid it online and not through them.

Fake bank of America call. (Scam call) reported by


Called home phone looking for safe. Claimed boa with service problem. Left call back number. Called next day same thing. She wasn't availble they said call number on back of card. Then called her cell seconds later. Was phishing for petsonal info to confirm account. She wouldnt give and they hung up. She check with boa. No issues with her accounts or have they been trying to contact her.

computer asks for old number holder, I've tried 3x to tell them that the person they want no longer has this number. after being on hold for 30 minutes, THEY JUST HANG UP !!!

TOLL FREE CALL claim to be BOA (Nuisance call) reported by


800-536-1584 called 2 Mar 2017 at 1:09pm. Matthew Clemens called and asked for someone by name regarding an important issue. Left the call back number as 866-610-2351. Possible SCAM since CID reads TOLL FREE CALL. No company name on caller ID just TFC. Others state the call back number as 866-365-6380. LOTS of calls from this 800-536-1584 number.
