They will claim as being Dell tech support. They are not! They will try to help fix your computer by remote access. If you let them, you will allow them access to all your private info including any credit card or other banking information. Please be careful.

Not dell computers. Dell admitted to me they were hacked. my name and info came from them on problems I was having on laptop. they claimed they were dell and tried to sell me a service contract after showing me bogus info. hangup!!!

Call from a boiler room from India. My first name is Richard and a thick,heavy Indian accent asks to speak with Mr. Reechard, they have called me hundreds of times, this is a scam just hang up and block them to save being aggravated.
