This is someone using "spoofing" a call to you to make it look like its from Dell, but its not. How would they know if you have a virus or not? This must be a former worker from dell to hack into your account and place a virus to get money from you. Want a good idea? Leave Dell and go with a MAC. it may cost more, but you wont have to deal with this nonsence ever again.

Stated his name is Nelson from Dell Technical support and stated my computer is infected. Offered to repair it. I told him I do not have a computer as I knew it was spam. He knew all info about my computer I.D. He told me that there is a special and I could get 50% off a brand new computer.

I had a problems with my computer and the asked for my home address to ship.The guy on the phone was Indian and answer me twice when I talked to him and he had a attitude and was very sketchy.Do not Trust this number
