Calls every month trying to say my payment is late even though I have a 15 day grace period. Told them they needed to write me if there is a problem and not to call anymore but they still call all the time.

Yes the loan is in my name but they have been notified that my daughter is living in the home and is responsible for making pmts. Have been told this since 2015 but still continue to call me for pmts. All I can tell them is to contact daughter as to when she is going to pay.
