I received a call from this 18007329194 number claiming to be Bank of America. It wanted me to enter either my full account number or my social security number. I entered a made up number which prompted me to enter my zip code. I then was connected to a real person who said there was a problem with my account. I haven’t used my Bank of America account in months and there’s is literally a balance of .02 in my account. The representative asked for my account number or social yet again so I gave the same made up number that was previously given. The supposive representative became agitated when I asked what the problem with my account was stating she couldn’t pull it up because it was unable to verify my account with the numbers I had given. Then hung up on me. I called the 800 number on the back of my card and the representative asked for my name and my mother’s maiden name then I told them of a potential call from them and he stated they had no reason to call me and it was a phishing call noted it in the call logs and gave me an email address to report potiential phishing to. This is definitely not Bank of America and is in fact a scam caller. Do not answer and do not give your information out over the phone unless you call the number on your card.

I have no credit cards. The caller called to inform me that I qualified for a better interest rate on "my credit card" Which, of course, I do not have. SoI played along for a few minutes but they hung up on me once they realized I was onto them. The callers are deliberately spoofing a real Bank of America number to appear legit.
