internet search reveals this number as a false PG+E scam operation for several years. I've been repeatedly contacted, and law enforcement agencies have warned power customers about these solicitation s. My most recent interaction was distinct telecenter chatter that can be heard in background, after you answer, then a human hello? came on line only after a delay , they hung up when I was non responsive after answering "hello?"
