I received a call from this number and a representative claimed to be from PG&E, and she needed to speak to the owner, me. She said I did not pay bills for the last 2 months and the service would be disconnected within an hour. She did not know that we did not pay the bill because it went to the landlord of the building. So I told her this is a scam. She hung up immediately. By the way, I live in San Francisco, CA.

This is a scam number. They call claiming to be a gas or a electric company and try to scam you. They called me back 3 times after I called them on their scam and have been harassing me. All the positive reviews on here must be from Scammers. PG&E and SoCal Electric have both said that they would never call you like this. Don't fall prey to phone scams. When in doubt, hang up and call your utility directly at their phone number on your bill. If it sounds to good to be true, it is. It's time to stand up to these fraudulent calls.

Is a valid call from PG&E. Could be serious consequences if call is blocked, even though the calls might be annoying.
