Lower interest rates on CC yet were asking for my account numbers (Scam call) reported by


This number called twice first time I didnt answer and they never left a message. Second time i answered and it was automated asking if i wanted to lower my interest rates, then said which card did you want to lower the interest rates on the MasterCard or Visa. I have both so i chose one, that was their first step to collecting my credit card info, second they asked for my expiry date, so i offered then they started asking for my account number, I said I do not give out my credit card information over the phone plus you should already have my account numbers if your gunna lower my interest rates and know that i pay all my bills on time. He said we need to verify blah blah blah and yammered on and i said not interested and hung up.

Called and didn't answer. No message left. Did a Web search on number, and it showed that it was a credit card scam on lowering your interest rate on your (unspecified) credit card(s).

Same here. Called me 5:30 in the morning. I was still sleeping! The problem with call block is that I have already reached the limit of blocked calls.

When I informed the man on the phone that I did not have a credit card with the line that he was indicating and asked him to remove my number from the call list. He said that I was "a big liar" and continued to get nasty. Would not agree to remove my number, I had to hang up.
