First,I'd like to correct the spelling error to "sarcastic" when I was describing the lady's voice from this phone call. My thoughts were "Why would someone from a Thrift Store be talking to customers this way." That's why I waited so long for her answer. When she eventually hung up on me, it really angered me. I immediately called back and the call wouldn't go through. People are stooping to a new low to do these spam calls. Surely they can't be enjoying their job...or their life.
