Called my wife's cell to find my brother. Did not state business name or identify themselves. Just said they were trying to find my brother. Wife's cell is generally unlisted and we have never signed any contracts or joint debts with my brother. He lives in a different state and we have seen him once in 3 years.

I have accumulated a lot of debt over the years and defaulted. Not by choice. I was charged and paid 24% interest to many of these credit card companies. They helped me sink financially. A man was walking around his home at 3 am. Wife woke up and asked: Why won't you sleep? He said "I borrowed $5,000 from the neighbor and tomorrow is the FINAL FINAL deadline and I cannot pay it. So I cannot sleep." Wife went to balcony and called the neighbor. He came to his balcony and said why you wake me at 3 am? She said: "You know that $5,000 my husband owes you? He cannot pay you tomorrow or ever". And the wife told her husband: "Now com and sleep. It is his turn to walk around his home, sleepless"

Calvary never sent any paperwork no server, don’t owe.. & 9 years later looked up online a fraudulent judgement that is not mine.. They purchase old debt from midland funding who courts say how fraudulent they are. Never served Judgement on public record to some poor person’s random account and don’t owe FRAUD
