Cavalry Portfolio debt collector. They tried to sue me after telling me the debt was too old to sue for. I was NOT served, and then it took 1 year for the court to schedule for trial, where I showed up and the attorney did not. Case dismissed. Now they are trying to harass me at work for the debt, after I told them to not contact me at work, against the law. They buy OLD debt for pennies on the dollar and sue you for the full amount. Look them up and file a complaint with fcra.gov as they keep harassing me over a debt that isn't even mine! The more people to file complaints on their illegal practices, the better. They don't give up and continually harass you even if the debt is too old to sue for or collect on.

Calvary Portfolio Services is a junk debt buyer that is very unscrupulous in their practices...like resetting the time-clock on a dormant debt even if said debt was either paid, or no interaction or admission of debt ownership occurred...filed a complaint everywhere I could, with proof. come at me Calvary... I'm more than ready to countersue your lying ****--I have the law and the proof on my side. What do YOU have?

I’ve paid my due with AT&T through an online collections website that I received in US mail because it was my fault for not paying them sooner. But I paid them online when I received the bill through US mail. I am working hard to build my credit now and this so called company is fraudulently charging me twice. The only accounts that I have open are 2 of my school loans and I pay them online every month through my Fedloan app and have not missed a single payment. Stay away from this company that practices lies and fraud. Do not ever answer their call. Report and expose there unethical, unmoral fraudulent practices.
