Said someone tried to use our account in another state. Pretended to be fraud alert and had us give texted codes by voice. When we called the actual US Bank number, they said it was not them.

Called to Verify a wire transfer (Scam call) reported by A.R.N
He called claiming to be US Bank Loss Prevention to Verify that a wire for $5,300 to Adam Baker was authorized by me. I've had these calls before and knew what to say. I told him I would call US Bank directly. He swore at me and hung up the phone.If you tell them you will call the organization directly, that's the fastest way to know if it's legit or not.
