Clearly a recorded call to my cell phone - said they had been trying to reach me regarding lower interest rate on credit card - they did not identify name of bank or credit card company they were calling from. When I looked up number - saw it was from US Bank - I have never had any accounts with this bank. Scam call - do not answer
