Fake interest rate lowering scam (Scam call) reported by


Caller offers a lower interest rate on Visa or MasterCard. If response is that you have neither, he quickly offers on Discover or MasterCard and asks if you have any others. It is very apparent this is a scam. I have been getting calls for many months. I answered this time to frustrate then for a few minutes and hopefully get taken off their call list.
