FPL Scam (Scam call) reported by


Some Hispanic guy called my nearly 80 yr old mother claiming that he was calling from FPL that she owed money. Of course it's a scam because the light bill isn't under my mom's name. I went as far as to calling FPL directly and they told me that this a scam that's going around. FPL says not to give any personal information to anyone calling from this number or any other. This number is also claiming to be from Social Security, Wells Fargo Bank and other companies. Do not give any personal information to anyone who calls from this number, unless you want your identity and other valuables to be stolen.

Ive answered their calls before..offering to lower my interest rate on cc.....i gave them a fake CC# and wasted thier time they guy got mad and cussed me...I just started laughing...he asked me was I wasting his time. I SAid YES......hhahahah
