To pull up information, you need an account or social. You know when your due dates are. Pay your bills, then maybe you wouldn't be getting annoying phone calls. Someone's having to babysit the fact you can't keep on top of your own payments

Never have I EVER in 30 years banked with Wells Fargo, and yet I am harassed multiple times a day by this number. Also since you are a genius, explain why they call from the SAME number claiming to be the IRS? I'll wait for your genius response. :-)

Calls my number numerous times a day. When I finally called back to find out who was calling, Wells Fargo was the lead in. I was supposed to punch in my account number. I don't have an account number and have never done business with or through Wells Fargo. When I finally got to talk to a person, she wanted to know my social security number since I did not have an account number. I wasn't that stupid! I asked that my number be removed from their data base since they had no reason for calling me. She wanted to know my phone number. After calling me three and four times a day you would think they already had my number! I told her to check Caller ID for the number. Surely Wells Fargo has Caller ID? Still getting calls. Have tried several time to block the number on my phone, but it continues to ring through. I'm going to call them one more time, with my high-pitched whistle in hand!
