Called, normally I don't answer but i've gotten a lot of calls from this number. It was a robocall. Said they haven't been able to reach me by phone, and that I have 2 pending manners. They will actively pursue me at my job but if I press 1 now, I can get it under control or something like that. I just hung up. The other phone number it gave me in the robocall awas 603-206-4743. Weird how I get called from a "utah" number but told to call a new Hampshire number? Don't waste your time on answering these calls.

Sounded like an automatic voice message, but they said that I have 2 pending charges. They also said that since they were unable to reach me by phone, I was going to be "actively pursued" in my place of employment and home.

Same call as described above except they used a name not related to anyone in the household or even the last owner of my phone number as the person who has 2 actions pending against her. I did dial 1 after not understanding the robotic case number, and it rang once and cut off. This was the second of these calls, and I suspect it won't be the last, though I don't understand the point if no human ever speaks to me to complete the scam!

I have got a couple of these calls and they are blocked so they leave a voice message. Never ask for anyone by name. and they go on to saying when you call back to give your reference number well I have not got any reference number yet in any message. I do not have any charges any here in the United States pending.

These people called my cell for a debt my boyfriend had over 10 years ago before we were even together. I told her that it was time barred, that the statute of limitations had run out. Meant absolutely nothing to her and she started getting threatening with a snide "Good luck with that" thrown in. I said "No, good luck to you trying to collect" but she hung up on me. Some Jamaican sounding lady called my boyfriend last month and was screaming at both of us. I lied and said I was a lawyer to see what she would do. She started screaming she wasn't going to talk to me and asked for my bar number. Somehow these people found out our address right now which is temporary, and nobody has it except our bank and American Express, which freaks me out. Since so many people think this is a scam I think somehow they are finding really old debts that people have forgotten about and doing all kinds of illegal crap to collect it. Everyone should report them to the Attorney General's office, or whoever deals with these places.

If American Express and the bank have the address so do the credit bureaus. Those get updated fairly often and creditors do soft inquiries every once in a while to look for new contact information.

I called 3 times from different numbers and I got yelled at. The case numbers each time they indicated a new persons name. When asked about that they hung up. When telling them They were being recorded they verbally bashed me And hung up.

Woman's name was Russia Banks (I'm serious as a heart attack, I had to stifle a giggle) Said her extension was 1017 when I asked for her info so I could call her back. lol Number is now blocked.

Call my wife saying she was charged with "2 counts" and needed to talk to them immediately at 801-208-9465 or she would give up her rights to voluntarily settle the dispute with their client. My wife conferenced me in on to discuss with them since I am a licensed attorney in multiple states. They wanted my bar number and name, then accused me of impersonating an attorney. I gave them my bar number in other states, and suggested they cross check it because an impersonator would be very unlikely to have bar numbers for several states all corresponding to the same name on hand just in-case of a scam call. At that point they decided to hang-up. So I called back, but they would not answer, so I call back on another line, and when they found out who it was, they said I was harassing them. I suggested they file suit and bring me to court, because unfortunately for them it was a slow day.
