Woman's name was Russia Banks (I'm serious as a heart attack, I had to stifle a giggle) Said her extension was 1017 when I asked for her info so I could call her back. lol Number is now blocked.

Call my wife saying she was charged with "2 counts" and needed to talk to them immediately at 801-208-9465 or she would give up her rights to voluntarily settle the dispute with their client. My wife conferenced me in on to discuss with them since I am a licensed attorney in multiple states. They wanted my bar number and name, then accused me of impersonating an attorney. I gave them my bar number in other states, and suggested they cross check it because an impersonator would be very unlikely to have bar numbers for several states all corresponding to the same name on hand just in-case of a scam call. At that point they decided to hang-up. So I called back, but they would not answer, so I call back on another line, and when they found out who it was, they said I was harassing them. I suggested they file suit and bring me to court, because unfortunately for them it was a slow day.

Processing Department calling in regard to 1 pending charge (Debt collector) reported by


Called me and was very hateful saying they were from the processing department calling for several different matters. I am calling to verify we are calling to make sure we have the correct address. The next step is were are int he process of filing the necessary paperwork in your county. at this time you have the right to contact the information center if you wish to speak to a representative please press one. I did this and the rep said they were filing the necessary paperwork to file liens with my county and paperwork with the court. And were contacting my place of business. This is surely a scam.

They want your address and phone number so they can continue to harass you and possibly get banking information to steal money out of your banking account or credit cards. Get a Google voice number so that these kind of calls only come in through the Internet and not your regular phone number because they will sell your phone number to other companies and con artists. I don't even give my credit card companies or my bank my phone number because they too will sell your number to telemarketers who will then sell your number to diss reputable people such as this scam caller and a bunch of other criminals.

Sounds like a robot says I have two pending charges and that if I don't willingly contact them to have this resolved I will be pursued at my place of work and my home and I will be arrested says if I don't contact them immediately I forfeit my rights and will be incarcerated
