Operator was extremely rude and as many others stated, they say the company is "RMC" and that's it. Ask for any other details about the company or the type of company and they **** you off. The operator was being extremely uncooperative.

Called me and asked for my DOB. Asked why they needed my info when called me. They said to ensure they were speaking with the right person (yet they asked for me by name). I asked what this was in regards to but they wouldn’t say. Asked what RMC stands for and she wouldn’t say. Told her I’m not giving any of my info if they can’t give me any more info than ‘RMC’
