How cheap can this debt collector be?! Obviously, I've taken ownership of a number that used to belong to a deadbeat who decided it was a good idea to run from their debt rather than pay it before it went to collections. What is more sad and pathetic is that this debt collection company is too cheap to be able to afford to skip trace the debtor, let alone afford a robot dialer that recognizes the three tone out of service message that it gets served to them for every YouMail customer they call.
