These people keep calling me about someone else's past due account. I told a rep that I did not have an account with them - never have, never will - but they claim that since it's my phone number on their records they cannot delete it. The original customer is the only one who can edit it! I have had this number for years, so it's obvious someone just gave them my number, but they refuse to do anything about it.
