Civil suit negotiations (Unsolicited call) reported by


They didn't ask for anyone, just stated that there was a civil action suit against me and I needed to call them back by 3:00p.m. to give them info. Their are no legal actions that I'm even involved in. And I never called them back. The first time they left the message I told you about. The second time no message.

I'm a customer of Charter Spectrum and they are very abusive in their constant calling to get you to get additional services. The agents who call do not have any power to answer your issues and questions and they just want to place order and sell you stuff you most probably dont want. STOP spectrum pleaaase STOP calling. Accept NO for an answer, Jeeeez
