After Cynthia ext 71026 established that she had the wrong person, with a similar but not exact name, she preferred calling me a liar then to rectify her error. They don't care who they harass as long as someone pays the bill.EVEN the wrong person. I contacted a colleague of hers that said he will immediately update the file. If Cynthia calls you, please make sure to be as uncooperative as possible, since it is the only way to get rid of her!!!!

They get your number because you may asked for a credit card or something like that... Pour moi ca était facile, dés le premier appel avec leur machine j'ai compris que c'était des enfoirés alors j'ai répondu et j'ai dis que c'était un Mauvais numéro... Ils n'ont pas le droit de rappeler plusieurs fois si t'es pas la personne qu'ils cherchent à frauder (collecter dettes prescrites par la loi en utilisant souvent le mensonge et l'intimidation). Voilà, donc je vous conseille juste de répondre et dire que c'est un mauvais numéro et que la personne qu'ils cherchent a déménagé et que vous ignorez où. S'ils continuent à vous appeler vous pouvez les poursuivre pour harcèlement, ils ont déjà perdu des procès. Bonne journée.

Ils me demandent des renseignements personnel sans me dire de quoi il en est question. Ils se disent mandataire de telus... Je suis présentement avec telus avec un cellulaire au même moment qu'il me parlait, j'ai communiqué avec telus avec un autre téléphone et demandé au service à la clientèle de vérifier si j'avais un solde impayé avec eux avec le main libre j'ai fait écouter la réponse de telus qui confirmait un solde de zéro sur mon compte. Il a continué à insister. .. Après quelques vérification sur VBL, aucun nu de téléphone correspond à VBL sur le site Web dans aucune succursale au Canada demain je vais appelé pour confirmer. .. Voici ce que j'ai trouvé sur VBL: PR Newswire EN L'agence de recouvrement ... Services et un de ses représentants déclarés coupables QUEBEC, le 13 juillet /CNW Telbec/ - L'Office de la protection du consommateur annonce que l'agence de recouvrement CBV Collections Services ltd. et monsieur ..., un de ses représentants, ont été déclarés coupables le 24 mai dernier. Cette entreprise devra verser une somme totale de 17 260 $ en amendes. Quant à monsieur Nadeau, il s'est vu imposer des amendes globales de 1 031 $. L'Office reprochait entre autres à l'agence, située au 1250, boul. ..., d'avoir fait du harcèlement, des menaces ou de l'intimidation, d'avoir communiqué avec le débiteur avant de lui avoir fait parvenir un avis écrit, d'avoir communiqué oralement avec un débiteur qui lui avait fait parvenir un avis de ne communiquer avec lui que par écrit, et ce, en contravention avec la Loi sur le recouvrement de certaines créances. Ces infractions étaient aussi reprochées au représentant. De plus, l'Office reprochait aussi à l'agence d'avoir menacé certains débiteurs de révéler, à d'autres personnes que celles qui sont parties à l'obligation ou qui pourraient être tenues de l'exécuter, leur défaut de payer, ni les

Deuxième Jours ou ce numero appel. Je viens de raccrocher avec l'agence et je suis la par verification comme vous tous. Je trouve cela ignoble, comme magniere de gagner sa vie. ce numéro est une agence de collection, donc, si on vous dit que nous sommes des fraudeurs, c'est faux, ceux qui disent ca c'est que si il se font appeler c'est qu'ils on un ou des comptes non payés qui ont été transfere < l'agence de recouvrement.

Bizarre hein!!! J'ai fait mon enquête auprès de la compagnie pour laquelle on me dit avoir un solde dû... Je n'ai rien avec eux! Ni mon nom, ni mon adresse rien , niet NADA. Vérification faite aussi au niveau de votre numéro de téléphone... Vous n'êtes pas autorisé par la compagnie en question... vous ne faites pas partie des agences de recouvrement avec lesquelles ils font affaire! FRAUDEUR!!! Une vraie agence de recouvrement a des moyens de retrouver une personne autre que de la harceler par téléphone! Alors trouvez-moi et envoyez-moi un huissier. Plainte faite à Anti-Fraude Canada, Au service téléphonique ne m'appeler plus et j'ai également contacté la police locale...

Même chose ici! J'ai aucune dette et aucun emprunt. J'ai demandé pourquoi on voulait mes informations et la dame à terminé l'appel. De plus, il nous est impossible de recevoir de l'information par la poste. Très étrange cette manière de fonctionner!

Si vous êtes vraiment une agence de collection reconnue, vous devriez annoncer de où vous téléphonez et laisser des messages vocaux. Lorsque j'ai demandé de recevoir la documentation pertinente à mon domicile on m'a raccroché au nez en me disant que je refusais de collaborer ce qui n'était pas le cas. Je ne dois pas d'argent nul part et je tentais de me faire comprendre. Ohhhhhh et si vous êtes une vraie agence de collection, je ne crois pas qu'on devrait entendre des enfants pleurer lorsqu'on vous parle.
