They call me at least 5 times a day at all hours. They called my work before and tried to get my personal information, but refused to identify themselves. They yelled at me, my boss took the phone and they yelled at him. He told them never to call again and after they continued to harass him he hung up. Why would I give personal info if they refused to even tell me who they were. My boss and I found out later they were a collection agency. They will never get any money from me after that inccident.

The phone call provide case-number and person name and ask you to just talk to a specific person. I have to call real capital one credit card number to make sure my card is fine and it waste me lots of time for nothing. Just ignore the call from this number. I hope there's some instituition can get rid of this kinda of call

John Pratt with Crown Financial. They have been harassing me at work and calling people who I barely even know and would have never listed as a reference on anything. They call at work several times a day, even after I have told them to stop. They tell my employees they are my debt collectors. I called them back asked for proof of debt, mailing address and full name of company and they refused. I asked for a manager and they again refused. They laughed at me and told me to pay my bills and hung up on me. I tried to call back several times and no one answered. SCAM. ILLEGAL HARASSMENT. Even an attorney I consulted with could not find them in their database. Once I find them, I will sue.

I got call from this number for 2 weeks now, every day they call. I pick up and they are collecting for Capital One. I verified with them the name they are looking for, and the first name does not match but the last name is the same as mine. My first name and the person they are looking for has the same first letter in the first name. I told the lady I am not the one who they are looking for and asked to remove the number. They asked me if I know the person. I told them NO. They said they will remove my number from their list and it will take 48hrs. I still blocked this number.

I have been reading many reports from other websites that it is Capital One and it is a SCAM. They tried most people from january once or twice a day never leaving a message, they have not called for the last 7 days, they must have forgotten about me LOL

that means the statute ofd limitation is almost over so they try doubly hard to get their dough even at a substancial decline in rate.. even then if you havent paid within the last 7 years ...LET IT RIDE OUT

These calls whoever they are should be given a hefty fine. Never a message. Several times each day and every day they call. This is harassment. Why is our government not cracking down on these types of calls.

Calls between 2-3 times aday. I have spoken to one agent who hung on me. I promptly called back and asked to speak to supervisor. They aplogized and said they were removing my number from the file. That worked for a week now the phone rings at least 2 times a day. I have blocked the calls but it is still annoying as h*!!.

He calls between 2 to 4 times per day, times of calls vary. He has never left any messages and my only verbal contacts......total of 5 maybe.....resulted in me hearing, that which I have no doubt would be described exactly the same by anyone who heard it, as a "deep agitated sigh"
