Norton Anti virus scam (Scam call) reported by CS Led
received email with this number on invoice for customer service. also included 808-437-7554 on the fake invoice. scam emails containing this number are sent saying we renewed your subscription or it is about to renew and billing or invoice showing charges for way over. Norton is on invoice however i called barely could understand person they directed me to go to anydesknow.com and download what norton direct verified is software to get information off your computer. then a short while after i called the toll free number i received a phone call from a guy at 820-333-0513 claiming to be with Norton, their goal was that if i wanted to cancelled this auto renewal I had to download a total program then access a cancellation form. For those who have norton this is not how they work nor would they direct you to a totally different sight they don't own. When I told the guy was a scam and remove my number he hung up it is a scam. Go to Norton's legit sight and search norton scams multiple scammers trying to use their name do not download any invoices etc. and don't give any information to this number
