We don’t use Culligan delivery services; the offer is to sell them or other products/services to you under the guise of a delivery “reminder.” It will cut down on negative reviews as is the case here. Culligan’s customer service has dropped so low - at least here in Southern Ohio - (and we’ve experienced why), that they must find a way around any more negativity, and that is unfortunate bc we were incredibly loyal to their brand.
