I actually returned the call after 30+ voicemails of Mark Wallace threatening my liberty and freedom, and spoke with a disgruntled potion brewer, who hung up on me when I told her to please stop calling my phone. I immediately called back and was connected to the "Grinch" I was previously on the phone with and after I said we where coincidentally disconnected, I was transferred to a male who had the decency to entertain more than one sentence. I asked what where the reasonings for their calls, I was answered with a question, (Them:)"with whom am I speaking with", so I just repeated there question. This repeated about 4 times till I just told them to please stop calling my number because I am registered on "donotcall.gov" and I have not heard from them since. Register on donotcall.gov, look it up to see how it protects your rights from these lowlife's.

This is how you deal with scammers: 1. Ask for their tax ID number any legit business has one. 2. Ask them to identify what business they are 3. Ask for proof. What happens is these places buy old debt that they try to collect. Most do not have the detailed debt or have nothing at all. By law they have to provide proof. There is no such thing as debtors jail. They can put a lean on you so if they threaten court as criminal. It's not in fact it is against the law to threaten you as criminal. Make them take you to court. It's strictly civil and have to provide proof. Don't give no personal info.

844-369-0788 called my fiancé and told him he owed for two loans one in 2011 the other in 2013 they told him the money was put in his bank and even named the bank however he never had any money transferred in to his account nor did he apply for these loans.

Called and spoke to an American lady and explained that I have been receiving several messages on my answering machine per day for about 2 weeks. They are asking for a person that I am not and if I know the whereabouts of said person to call them back on this number or they will proceed with warrant for said person. I have tried to call them back several times in the evening and it rings once and then goes busy. Called the number this morning and finally had a live person answer & said they were Recovery Services and would take my number out of their system

Mark Wallace was looking for my where abouts and if I didn't return the call the would file a formal compliant against me. When I called back the lady asked for the last 4 numbers of my Ss and when I refused to give it too her she hung up on me.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLEASE ITS A SCAM. They had my old name also which I new was fishy right from the start.

Got a call from somebody named Mark Wallace from this number claiming a formal complaint again my Aunt's boyfriend! I have no idea how they got my Aunt's Boyfriends' name from my Grandma's number but they did. I recieved this call at 6:16 PM EST on August 3rd, 2017. This scam is still going on and we might call our local authorites.

I didn't know the number so most of my machine got the message but I did pick it up to hear a recording saying his name was Mark Wallace and someone had made a formal complaint against my estranged husband. I have not seen or heard from him in 9 years but he has been in trouble in the past. Is this really a scam?
