This was USPS calling to with a survey about how well USPS is serving my business. Since this is relevant to my business, and because USPS is actually doing a very poor time serving my business, I was happy to provide my feedback. I felt like this was basically a call from a creditor I already use regarding the services they provide me. Not a spam call.

This was a call from USPS. They were asking about our satisfaction with their service and asking how they can improve. I was a little hesitant to take the call because the caller sounded nervous and unsure of herself as she read from a script. I think it was just someone who was not very experienced in her position. She asked five questions about our satisfaction and for any suggestions for improvement. THIS IS NOT A SCAM.

Real, live person, with foreign accent claiming to be from USPS called requesting to speak with person in charge of outbound shipping. I let her know I was verifying her # while on the phone with her. I asked for a callback # and she said it was a call center and they didn't have one. Just gave her an e-mail to send me a survey. Looking back, I wish I didn't give them the e-mail. Even if it was legit, I would rather just hang up.

Helen called our business yesterday and asked to speak to the person in charge of shipping and receiving. I told her he was not in and she said she would try again. She called back today and said the same thing, and I told her the owner of the company is not interested. She asked me if he had actually told me that. I said yes, she said OK, and we ended the call. A pleasant conversation overall. Here's to hoping she does not call back tomorrow, or any other day.

They called asking to update the business account when I asked what info they had on file they said they did not have any. When I asked how they got my number they said that the company may have had an account before I started working here or they mailed out from a USPS office. When i asked the womans name and number she said she could not disclose her last name and just said Tina from Southern and I asked Southern NY or and she said Southern US. then she ended the call shortly after. She gave me 1-800-ASK-USPS number to call back... very bizarre

As some of the other users on this site have stated, I'm suspicious that this person has called me 3 times. I always let my VM pick it up. She left a message 2 of the 3 times. Transcript: "Hi, my name is Janis as a customer service representative of the Unisted States Postal Service. The purpose of my call was to find out the status of your service and to inquire if we are meeting your business needs. If you are interested in learning more about our products and services please visit USPS.com and click on the business tab. We appreciate your business. Have a good day." I'm glad they gave me the real website for USPS, but one call and one left message is plenty. If this is really USPS. Stop spending money on this and stop raising our postage rates!
