As some of the other users on this site have stated, I'm suspicious that this person has called me 3 times. I always let my VM pick it up. She left a message 2 of the 3 times. Transcript: "Hi, my name is Janis as a customer service representative of the Unisted States Postal Service. The purpose of my call was to find out the status of your service and to inquire if we are meeting your business needs. If you are interested in learning more about our products and services please visit USPS.com and click on the business tab. We appreciate your business. Have a good day." I'm glad they gave me the real website for USPS, but one call and one left message is plenty. If this is really USPS. Stop spending money on this and stop raising our postage rates!

...received ANY legit call from the USPS in my 12 years of using them with my business! Heck, I can't ever get them on the phone when I need to talk with them... SO... I am just a wee bit skeptical of any calls from the USPS that claim to just be checking on my outbound service!! BS!!!
