I could not understand the woman on the line then it was a robot like voice that I could not understand wanting me to verify pt rx. I did understand the contact person Paul Rogers and the fax number. I did not get a company name, so I Googled the number and read the reviews. I will not be calling back.

They are attempting to get contact information for your contact lens patients to sell them "Hubble Contact Lenses". They are not going to fill the Rx (whatever it is) with the lenses prescribed for your patients (i.e. AcuVue any type, Biofinity, etc.)They are going to fill the Rx with Hubble Contact Lenses.

Leaves a message starting with what sounds like a human saying Hello?, then the rest of the message is generated with a text to speech program that is unintelligible. The name of the "patient" they call about is random. After making vague references to the fairness to contact lens consumers act, they then list incomplete details regarding a prescription for their alleged customer, and asks you to confirm the patients prescription via fax or phone call. Any reputable website will not allow you to verbally confirm a prescription, they require you to fax a response or use a web form to confirm the RX. I don't know what reason they have behind their calls, but they're not legitimate.

She gave me a patient name and then asked me to listen to a recording. After the recording was done it hung up. It does not give you an option to make any changes to a patients contact script. It also does not give a brand or design of contact just a material.

A male with a think indian accent called our office and repeatedly said, "will you listen to the message, will you listen to the message." The automated information was very difficult to understand. This company has been reported to the better business bureau, the FTC, and the AOA Contact Lens Watchdog group. They are putting the eye care and vision of our patients at risk and should be stopped.

This is SCAM!!! Has called our office 100's of times with bad info. We have tried to reach out and help but they will not return our call... called today and the woman demanded that we give info... ROOSTER crowing in the back ground very loudly. We tried to tell them that we need more info, lady demanded that we just let the recording play. If you let the recording play, but do not fax back a verification, they will fill it anyway. DO NOT LET RECORDING PLAY! lady actually said, "just let it play, you do not have to even listen, just let the recording play" Obviously this is a 3rd party calling and their only goal is to get the recording to play. If you let it play, they can fill, even if you do not respond.

This company calls us pretty frequently but just like all of the other complaints you can't understand them. Someone yelling in the background 'Stay on the phone, Do not hang up!' From my knowledge, if we listen to the message all the way through (although its inaudible) they can approve the patient these crappy contacts not approved by the Dr. They will state we received the message. We have decided to hang up every time they call so that they don't get a chance to approve them. Reporting Hubble Contacts to the AOA.

This is the 3rd time our office has received a call from whoever this company is. The recorded verification message they play is inaudible and the number (1-844-462-9275) they leave for this "Paul" man goes straight to voicemail. I left him a message and have not heard anything back. I really hope they are not just giving out random contact lens brands to our patients.

One of the comments below mentioned that this number may be associated with HUBBLE Online Contact Lenses and I can confirm that this is true. I emailed HUBBLE @ [email protected] and asked them for their fax number (it was not listed on their website), which they replied with "Good Afternoon! Thanks for reaching out to us! HUBBLE FAX NUMBER 1-844-203-0723." This is the same fax number that is left in the recorded verification we all received. I emailed them back right away regarding the phone call I had received and still no email back.

We get this call constantly. I have called and left "Paul" a voicemail several times, and FAXED a letter explaining in detail what they are doing wrong and what we need to verify. No response. Today I got a live person calling. She asked if I would listen to the verification recording. I told her that I would be happy to, however they are not giving us enough info and can not verify. I told her we need BRAND and typically can not understand patient name. She acted as if she had no idea what I was saying and repeated "can you listen to the recording" Heavy accent so it is probably out of the country and she had no idea what I was saying.

Could not understand the human, then the message only plays once, with no clear name of CL ordered with just an amount. the fax number given doesn't go anywhere, just gives a busy signal. This is a very fishy call which has been given twice now and has incorrect information given both times.

got this call on several occasions over the last year or two. called "paul rogers" who will call you back in 2 days if you have any questions is a bunch of bs. i have repeatedly left a message for paul telling him to stop calling me because you have the wrong number. last night i got one of these calls at midnight. the only other option is to block this call on your phone which i can't do because it's full! gotta buy a new phone anyway. i called coastal contact lenses which is also linked to this 844-462-9275 and they are not associated with a paul rogers in any way. this is a scam beware.

A recording played, very difficult to hear, again no patient info given except address and cl rx but no brand. Called phone # given. maybe they will call back???? This company left a message, I did not actually answer the phone. The message left was from an automated system, not very clear, and not complete. Did not say the company name, went into great detail about the contact lens fairness act, I think I need to know who you are before I will send you ANY patient information. I could not understand who they were calling on behalf of, the address was from the wrong state, the patient wanted 375 lenses of a 2.5 for the right eye and 375 lenses of 3.75 for the left eye. The material requested was for Methafilicon A (need the name of contact lens please!) with base curve of 8.6, no diameter left....after listening to the message multiple times I finally got the phone and fax numbers: ..., isn't he the singer for Bad Company? lol Anyways, I left a message and no response from Paul, his voice mail message says they will get back to you in 2 business days, it has been about a month. The voice mail does not have the company name either. I have also sent them a fax asking who they are and for them not to contact me by voice mail anymore until their verification process is better and I know who they are, no response. I hope they are not approving my patients request as I have gotten about 7 requests from this company and I have no idea who they are or the patients they are requesting information on.

I'm the contact lens specialist for a vision clinic so any of these calls from legitimate prescription verification companies I handle. First, the voicemail didn't give me any RX information, let alone the patients name. The voicemail started with listing 18444629275 for Paul Rogers and then a fax number to send verification to. This is not the first time I've received messages from this company. I've called the number and left numerous messages never with a call back. Will report to the American Optometric Assocation.
