i have a scam call blocker and they went straight to voicemail as high risk scammer. the woman says her name is Lakesha Williams and was calling fro CONserve. She claims to want to collect an IRS debt.

Said they were calling for the IRS about a debt. I asked what the debt was. Can't answer. Wanted my name, address, and SS#. I asked what name address and SS they had on file. Couldn't answer. If I told them, they could let me know if they had that info because I had to prove this was me. Scam if they don't have that info. I said well give me a hint and I will tell you if you are right. She wouldn't.

The IRS will not call you about a debt and will not ask you for your social over the phone. They will send letters. This is a scam company. When they call me, they hang up. Don't give out your personal info. If you want truth, call the IRS directly. Don't push 1 if it's requested, and don't call them back. Report call

I receive calls every single day from all over the country. (It shows the state along with the number on caller ID) They're usually people who supposedly help you get out of IRS debt, but they're always automated. This particular number said they were from Dallas, but there was an actual woman on the line. She asked to speak to me and I told her she had the wrong number.

I have two *purposely* missed calls from this number on 8/20/19 and 9/10/19, one from Marlene and another from Alicia with "Conserve, the contractor for the IRS," stating they are calling on behalf of the IRS regarding a debt. I know my mom received a letter when she had a payment issue, and I have not received anything in the mail or via email so I'm 99% positive this is a scam. They don't even address me by my name. I'm not comfortable calling back. I might contact the IRS directly.

It was a man asking if we had any womens clothing he could pickup? He gave his name and began telling a story of as in his word= "It's like my old mand use to say there's nothing wrong with a man dressing in a womans cloths in the privacy of his own home." I told him or her not to call us any more. We have since blocked his number.

Thats Bull * the IRS does not call or have an outside source for collections. The IRS will send certified letters to start the collection process PERIOD. I received a call from this number on my cell phone its nothing but a SCAM

Said I should have received a letter explaining what the call about, but I haven't. I live outside USA. Then would not state what address on file and if you cannot give me information, I was not giving any, so she said I need to fill out form on IRS site, but I am not an American citizen and have not lived in the US since 2010.
