Doctor ordered Auvi-Q (Epi-Pen) for my son. The doctor informed me they would be calling so I was expecting the call. They asked to confirm to me what medical issue he had for their records, but they listed them off to me, so that I could confirm. They only asked if he had any other conditions they should know about because of possible drug interactions. They also confirmed my shipping address, again they told me what information they had and I only had to confirm whether or it was correct.

While I didn't expect the call or the delivery, my sons allergist had mentioned this particular Epi-Pen and said they would order it if my insurance would cover it. The doctor never confirmed they were ordering it, but Aspen Pharmacy left two messages. I was skeptical, but when I did some research here and saw other information I felt comfortable that it was legit and called back. It is legit.

for Auvi-Q EpiPen-type injector. Said the cost ($4,500) wasn't covered by insurance but with their program I would get it for $25. Seems slightly sketchy, plus she spent over 13 minutes on the phone to get full medical history. I'm going to double check with my allergist about this.

wanted my info , wouldn't give me hers. (Call centre) reported by


caller did not identify herself, asked if my child needed medicine and asked for my info. I asked what it was aboyt, she said she couldnt say without me giving her my full name , birthdate and full address. I pull up her phone number as she is talking and it is a call center. i demanded to know who she was calling for, Aspen Pharmacy, she said. I told her someone had called from there 2 weeks ago and had all the correct information to speak to me. I got an email and another phone number to call out of her. the number she gave was 844-276-4272 and email [email protected]. I will be calling my physician and finding out if this is legit where she sent my presctiption.

I got a call from this number asking me to verify my address and zip code for a prescription. I asked what prescription he was referring to. He said he couldn’t tell me until I gave him my address and zip code. So I told him I did t feel comfortable giving him that info. My allergist did not warn me that I would receive this type of call. Seemed strange and made me uncomfortable.

I just received a similar call from this place. Healthcare provider said nothing about them calling, and felt like they should have answered the questions as to what the prescription was for, especially since I'm dealing with more than one doctor. I didn't feel comfortable giving out any information, and no offense, but I prefer to speak with someone speaking better English, which just reminds me all too often of the scam calls we receive. I told her to let my provider know and they can let me know if this is legit or not.

This number called me, when i initially answered it rung back as though i called it. The woman answered and asked "how she could help me", when I was the one who was being called. Turns out it was from Aspen Pharmacy and my allergist put a prescription in for Epi-pens since my insurance doesn't cover for it anymore. It's not a SPAM caller.
