From the comments above it sounds like a legitimate call but I didn’t fill an order nor gave them my number. Seems a little fishy to me unless they could’ve called the wrong number.

Confirmation call regarding Auvi-Q epinephrine injector (Company) reported by


This was a call confirming delivery and patient information for a recent enrollment in a prescription direct delivery service. This is for Auvi-Q epinephrine injectors, and while I was not aware that the call would be coming, it was legitimate. I missed the call and received an automated voicemail from a pharmacy name I did not recognize, but by looking up the number, I found other references to this number related to Auvi-Q prescriptions. I called back the number and was transferred to someone who verified our prescription information and other patient details, and it was 100% above-board, legitimate, and a call that should be answered if you've recently been prescribed Auvi-Q!
