I was having trouble getting emails for two days, so I called my ISP (Comcast Business). The support agent tried sending me three messages, and only one of the three messages ever got through. As I use a Microsoft cloud based mail service, the Comcast agent referred me to a group the support agent said was within Microsoft that specially handled Outlook related issues and gave me a toll free number to call. +1 844-900-7666 I called that number and was referred to a Jason Brooks who was a "Microsoft" tech who connected to my PC and ran some utilities that showed the computer had been hacked by Russians, and was about 86% compromised. It was during that time that we got disconnected but he called me back from the number above +1 844-300-6110 . I was suspicious, and asked him directly "Are You A Microsoft Employee". He said yes, and that Microsoft would only analyze the problem. But he quickly added that he could recommend a third party company that in 1-2 hours could fix what was wrong. I asked him if I would have to pay for this and he said yes. Then, he turned on my camera and took 3 or more pictures of me. I complained but he ignored my complaint. By that time my IS guy called in on my other line and said this whole hacking business was a scam and to disconnect the person connected to my PC at once. During this whole endgame this "Microsoft employee" was trying to convince me my IS guy might have opened security **** as he gets paid by the hour. At that point I said I was not going forward with him at this time. He said to feel free to call back with any problems as it was a free Microsoft service. Now I get to call Comcast and spend tomorrow trying to find out if the bogus Microsoft people left any malware on my main business computer.

My grandmother was trying to get some information on her Walmart card. Instead of going to the Walmart website, she did a google search and got this number. When she called it, they somehow had her name, phone number and address info (she was unclear on how they got this). They then told her that she had been hacked 19 times in the past month by people in Mexico. They talked her into typing an address into her computer and she said it showed her images of her house and the block she lived on. She was unaware she was being scammed until she called me. I called and checked with Walmart and confirmed the number was not associated with them and that the things they asked her to do were against their own privacy policy. I have no idea what will come of this, but I assume her information has been stolen since she went to the website they told her. She probably gave them access to her computer. Do not call or answer calls from this number and please, don't follow their directions and give them access to your computer.

Bro ok so i found this Indian fuckers number from the Sony website and when I called he hung up on me 5 times just because I told him the card we had bought from GameStop doesn't work and the worker there had told us to call Sony. So when we called that number he literally hung up on me I was pissed. So the 6th time he picked up he really said he was gonna call the FBI on me because apparently I'm playing a "prank" on his desperate ass. Half way through the conversation he starts saying he is from the FBI. You best believe I gave him a piece of my mind.

This number comes up on Google searches for many popular companies such as Amazon, Yahoo, and Outlook. My friend called and the Indian man on the other end walked her through giving him access to her computer. Then he stole her info and tried to sell her fake computer services. I tried calling them. When the man answered, I asked what the company did. He said they do "computer fixations."

Called to cancel subscription ... said they were New Yorker Magazine customer service. they had my address, email, name. they hung up on me 3 times. I finally found NY mag number and told them what happened, gave them phone number and they said they would check into it. This number also said they were Amazon customer service and Aridient internet. Beware

I did a search for service number for Netflix and called it. It was a scammer. How do i know? 1. Muslim accent. 2. He wanted to access my computer to see who had accessed my network. My network router is secured with a password. Be cautious!
