Claim to have info on potential civil complaint (Scam call) reported by Emily C.
Received the following phone message; "Hello, this is Michelle, from Premier Location Services in regard to a potential civil complaint filed against you. For more information, call 1-844-900-8103. Again the phone number to the office handling this complaint is 1-844-900-8103." There is no civil complaint against me, and this company does not exist.

Collection Scam Callers (Scam call) reported by Sam
Scammers that so far has given their name as David Bennit and some woman name Jessica are trying to scam people about a summons for a civil action lawsuit. They will claim you were sent a letter regarding this civil case, but they didn't. They will claim you owe money for something like a cell phone that happens to be from whatever county you were born in. They had me going saying it was my responsibility to maintain my own credit and asked repeatedly why I did not fight this from my credit report. My credit report is spotless and I have not lived in the same county as I was born in for over 30 years. Have fun with them but do not take them seriously. They are not a law-firm and do not have any lawyers that work for/with them.

Hi, This # has been calling my friend doing the same thing, but now they are somehow calling all his contacts (including his grandma!) saying he's in trouble etc...I'm guessing they somehow hacked his phone and got his contact list and are calling down the list.
