Second time i receive this call followed by a call of Fedex. The Fedex number is the legit one, but this one keep trying to make me give my information about a package that i have to receive and they want to know stuff about it. DO NOT give your info, spoke with a real agent of Fedex and they started to receive feedback about this from a lot of people. Scam 101.

That's the thing, you should have hung up as soon as you deemed the call to be a Telemarketing. When you argument and refuse, telemarketers are instructed to try to argument and convert a refusal to a sale OR they will refer the call to a senior telemarketer who's job it is to close sales using any tactics out there. Persistent hanging up and not going into an argument with them gives you more chances they will just not see your number as a potential lead and stop calling for that campaign. ALSO beware, people who block calls, with today's VoIP tech, companies can now EASILY spoof Caller ID names and number, it's ridiculous how easy they can, they can even spoof legit numbers, be careful of that - and BTW, the company calling is NOT Sirius, most of these telemarketing calls are outsourced - you would think no legitimate company would harass and continually call people like that. If you say I am not interested and hang up, they WILL call back, just say not to call back and that you will never be interested, mention that the call is recorded - if you keep getting calls after that hang up, don't say anything, it will eventually stop. Remember next time you vote on election - that the politician you vote for has other priorities than our best interest, they do not give a crap about fraud and phone scams, remember that on election day.

You shouldn't - this is NOT Sirius and likely a company outsourced to do the TM calls, always deal with the company directly, OR call the company (Sirius) directly and inquire whether they are running a telemarketing campaign, give them the number that calls you, and make sure you record the call for your protection, and even if you see a legit number on your CID, Telemarketers can spoof that very easily - so arrange to call back a number that appears official to confirm, the moment you accept a sale by a telemarketer and give your info, you can be sure 100000% that your information will be sold to other telemarketers - companies are paying premium prices to get "sucker lists" full of potential leads.
