Called about the mortgage I had with them. Which is fine. But they asked for my full social which Chase says on their website they would NEVER do. https://www.chase.com/digital/resources/privacy-security/security/how-we-protect-you I ended the call immediately and blocked the number.

This "caller" uses lots of numbers: but the message is the same. I have business with Chase, and they have several of the most awesome* Customer Advocates in the Banking Business. I know the numbers where they do business. It is right on my Monthly bill. "naughty" here means continued deceptions ... "awesome" here is UK talk, meaning "very admirable and praiseworthy"; not India talk where it might mean "terrible" <just saying type smile>

Left a message stating they were from Chase. Called Chase (not the number they left) and they said they have no record of a call going out. Called the number back and seems to be an offer to refinance.
