I have never dealt with a more annoying internet provider in my entire life!!! I would recommend Mediacom to anyone looking around, they were the most polite ISP I ever used, gave me a refund when I canceled in the middle and never called me. Spectrum on the other hand, has called me multiple times a day to the point I blocked them.

Just as soon as I signed up for spectrum internet online I began getting these calls. They call a couple of times a day and a mutual friend who actually answered a call from this number on her phone told me they are trying to sell me some kind of streaming package I did not ask for. I am not answering this and blocking but it’s been two different numbers now several times. I did not have this with my previous service and it’s turning me off to spectrum. Installation is in three days and depending on how many more calls I get AFTER blocking I will decide whether I will keep the appointment. I am pretty irritated right now. Not that they obviously care. But when I cancel installation I bet they care.

I just signed up with Charter too and this number calls me everyday. I went ahead and blocked the number. Hopefully that helps and they stop harassing me. Charter has the worst customer service and its the only provider. They have a monopoly, *

They call me at least one a day and I've finally blocked them. Had Charter internet installed about 3 weeks ago and theyve called every day since trying to get me to sign up for cable. When i decline, they hang up on me. Rude and annoying.
