Received voicemail from A collection agency, unnamed, describing an escalating matter, so serious that if not Miss (my mother in-law) called back within 4pm the date of the call, if not the caller would regard the lack of action as not intent to "resolve the very critical status", the caller further threatened to take further action directly affecting Miss (mother-in-law). The caller made it clear that the message read into my voicemail was recorded and would serve as proof of notification. In reality debt collectors have to send a written notification within five days after contacting a debtor on phone. A debt collector is NOT allowed to call relatives of the debtor. Don't recommend communicating with such callers as Mr. "Torreil", the probability of this person being a scam, seems high.

claims that they have notified of "Very Important Matter" but do not disclose WHAT the very important matter is and that if not called back within a 2 hour time window, they will proceed with legal actions.

Called asking for a family member, seeking them out to "avoid further action." When asked how they got my cell ph #, they said, it's associated with "family member." No, it's not. That person doesn't even have my number. Caller was pushy and not willing to say the nature of the call.

message received today from above # (caller id says "anonymous"). Message is for a person I have never heard of. Caller says he is "Specialist Felix" and needs to hear back today "while there are still options available to you" or "will be forced to make a decision that will directly affect you" I believe I remember receiving a similarly worded message for the same person several times more than a year ago. I will not be returning this call.

I just got call a call voicemail using those same words. I had never heard anything like that before. very threating very rude. Why would I want to call them back. I did not know this could even happen with a debt collector.

I just got a call from this bomber saying the same exact thing he said his name was "Specialists Brandon" though...I have heard about these on tv and the radio never thought I would ever get a call from one....what should I do...call back, ignore it, or tell someone?

They call my number 5-6 times per day , I pick up and no one speaks. The call comes in as UNKNOWN every day. This man says he's a specialist and I must call him back or get my Lawyer to call or he will be forced to take action

"Monica" called and frightened my elderly mother in a message for someone else. When Mother told her they had the wrong number and not to call anymore, the lady began asking if she knew so in so, another name not hers. Mother told her she doesn't want whatever they are selling and hung up. I am angry they upset Mother.
