Called number back and spoke with an Indian accent man. Said he was calling from a department at Cigna and started asking for my information. I said, " I would like to speak to someone with no accent so I can better understand." He said, " I will arrange a call back" and quickly hung up.

855 is not a geographical area code. it is a toll free exchange where the person called (not the person calling) pays for the call. DON'T EVER ANSWER ANY 855 NUMBER. Big Scam!

Caller was East Indian - stated he was calling me about an insurance problem. The problem was with Cigna. Then he asked me for PHI. That was the identifier he was a scam. NO ONE Cigna will call and ask for info. They have your PHI.

Indian male voice stated there was a problem with Cigna and asked to verify my name over and over. I could hear my voice being recorded it kept echoing back to me. So strange. I hung up.
