They told me someone was trying to make a purchase for $300 in new mexico, they asked if it was me, I told them no, they they proceeded to tell me my venmo user name and password and asked me to confirm it, then told me to delete the venmo app on my phone. Shortly after I told them I deleted it a Spanish woman speaking Spanish said something then laughed and hung up....I immediately called my bank and made sure they were aware of this, luckily I did not lose any money since I had deleted my financial information off my venmo prior to this call. Be aware!!!!

This number came up at Telemarketer so I didn't answer the first 4 times - the I finally did and said remove me from your call list. They called back again and before I said anything I could hear him say' this is not a sales call BI**H'. I said, I'm sorry, what? He said, this is not a sales call - I said, I don't care - he then called me a BI**H and hung up. I've now blocked this number.

Me to i I have tried calling venmo also I tried City one up and phone was stolen and hacked I have no insurance no access to get into my venmo app ever sent it over a year and now I have all kinds of missing account numbers from doing surveys online and I'm over $10,000 in debt when I had no debt and I don't understand why I believe it's cuz somebody stole my venmo and there's been some money that I have earned working doing surveys and stuff I called the company through four times and told him who I was and just shut it down and pretty much don't listen to me tell me there's nothing they can do hang up on me

Received multiple calls saying my account with Venmo was breached 17 time forms someone in the Bronx. First call I asked where there offices where and he lied to me then got angry and hung up. Second call they hung up when I asked who they worked for. Third call they heard my police radio in the background and immediately hung up. Do not answer

Said they were fro Venmo and that there was false charges on my account, But I hung up the phone and called venmo Immediately, Venmo said they can't make out going calls and that no one from venmo would ever call you. THIS IS A SCAM, I had to call my bank and everything and get all new accounts and information. THIS IS A SCAM

Venmo Customer support. They called me after I opened a ticket in the App. Was a positive experience. I still wouldnt give any personal info to people that call you as numbers can be spoofed pretty easily nowadays.
