They have been calling every day and I did no recognize the number. I mentioned it to my husband and he blocked them for me. I didn't know how to block calls, so he helped me. I came here to check on them and saw all the other negative comments, so I thought I would add mine.

I spoke with someone saying they are from Synchrony bank. They asked me to identify myself by giving my personal information which I did. They now asked me to get my card ready that their colleague will collect the payment. They put me on hold and then came back saying they will collect the payment now. I asked them to identify themself, they hung up. But still keep calling nonstop.

I answered the call once, they tried saying I owed money to a bank, but I fully paid it off. They said I still owed money, told them I staring at the website and it say's I owe a balance of $0 they continued to say I owe more. I told them to stop calling me To this day every day they call 2-4 times a day and leaves a robot message to call this number. I blocked this number on my phone but they still call and leave robot message. Very annoying, I even tried contacting a lawyer to file a harrassement charge against them but the lawyer said it would be a waste of time and money.

You know,maybe only 1 number to use for a lawsuit may not be worth it,functionally. Emotionally it'd be awesome! Lol. I have 15-20 years of ALL SCAM calls & texts. Maybe if they collected a lot you could do a lawsuit with a few other people? Not a big class action suit unless everybody gets a nice amount. That doesn't usually happen. So investigating these numbers & texts would be great. Need to contact news, have them do the investigating (it'll be done right). They can collect all kinds of info needed if there was a number & a live person to talk to, they could gather the info. I know I'd help.

They claim they're Synchrony Bank, but it's obvious they aren't. I only answered once, but afterwards I stopped caring. Once I mentioned phishing, they got really nervous and suddenly had to "tallk to a manager" and disconnected call.
