Called them back, they did not bother to answer. Internet research showed this number is used by an electric service switch scam using robocaling to call potential customers out of San Diego CA as many as 15 persistent and obnoxious times per day. Also, I found out they use number masking. They are an automotive repair warrantee extension telemarketer. Block them all the way to Hades, Sheol, and Gehenna!
