Keep getting voicemails of them claiming to be a collection agency and that "important documents" were mailed to me and they want to confirm I've received them (no doubt to try and get personal information out of me). I don't have any debts so I assumed it was a scam but could be pretty convincing to someone uninformed. They even left an address in the voicemail but when you google it, it doesn't exist.

I googled my local cable companies number "Spectrum" and the number I clicked as a top result was connected to someone claiming to be them. They took my card info to pay my bill, and continued to do unauthorized transactions to the amount of almost $1000, before I noticed and cancel the card.
