The automated system said it was about my citicard knew my name and asked more details. Of course, I didn't give them any information. I did however go online to make sure everything was fine with my account. It turns out the amount I sent was was less than the minimum payment. This was due to my auto pay from my back and a promotional apr running out. I was not charged a late fee and they were clearly contacting me to let me know about the problem. This is so much better than other companies who will charge a late fee the fist day it's late and also let your credit get ruined over a simple error.

This number calls my landline every single day. I do not answer it but they leave a voice mail starting in an asian language and then goes on to say press 1 if blah, blah, blah, press 2 if something else. i wish it would stop because 90% of the time, I am sleeping. Someone please shut them down.

I am getting unsolicited call from someone claiming to be citibank,. Starts out as recording and then you have to wait for person. Machine requests zip code. I entered 1 digit and it went to a person, they asked name. I cussed them out since they called me. They proceeded again to ask birthdate. I cussed them out again, told them to stop calling and hung up. This is a total scam. Citibank does not ask for information like this over the phone. And they certainly don't call everyday to hassle customers that pay their bills on time. This is a phishing scheme.

Calling about an overdue Citi Bank card. I don't have a Citi Bank card. All of my accounts are paid. They've been calling from various numbers for 3 months. My credit score hasn't taken a hit.

Asked for a my billing zip code and the last 4 of my SSN, which I would not give them since they called me. They claim that they did not call me and I called them, so I hung up and called Citibank. Apparently they have been blowing my phone up over a late payment on $2.88. They need to harass people who do not pay their bill, not people who legit pay on time!
