They called me at 9:03 PM EST. If memory serves me right, Companies (regardless of legitimate or not) are not supposed to call between 9 PM and 7 AM local time. I know my area code is for MST, but my address is EST. If this is a legit company with my info, then they KNOW when to and when not to call me... Plus, I was trained years ago, you can call a few times per day as long as you don't speak with someone or leave a message. If you leave a message, I believe they have to wait 2-3 days before calling back. The law is more on the side of customers than businesses. KNOW YOUR STATE CALLING LAWS!!!!

This number was found on a letter from "Metronet1" claiming my card will expire "0720" it's 10/11 today... Look up the number, found this site. If you google legit phone numbers, they often find results of the company they belong to instead of a website like this. People claiming this is legit, have been scammed. Sorry! It seems Metronet had a database leak, they got names, phone numbers, addresses, but not credit card numbers. Don't fall for the scam!!! The letter came from 4575 Pecan Dr. Paducah KY 42001 and as that bank does seem real... the phone number isn't attached to them either. Metronet is pretty good about emailing you about a late payment, or to update your payment information and they push you to use their portal (online service) not to call them back.

Threatened to disconnect a service if I didn't make a payment over the phone. I do not owe this service anything as it is paid in full automatically every month so I knew it was a scam.
