I dont owe any money but these **** called me, there was no live human, robot call, I picked up no answer wasnt gonna wait 5 minutes for the automated robo caller message. Block these clowns!If you gave them info FREEZE your account with the 3 bureaus immediately.

So, I thought the same, scam. Writing short so that you will read: She first said calling from MTA transportation and something( I'm a bit deaf so I didn't hear completely) and I was like I don't have an MTA account. After hassling her a whole bunch that this is a scam, she told me to go to tollsbymail and I did, logged in with the reference number she gave me and with my license plate( which I did NOT tell her) There I owed money! Last year I had changed my CC because of fraud and I forgot to update it on my EZ PASS; I fixed it later then, but I didn't know about all the charges and late fees that they had sent to a collecting company. The dates and the location of charges checked out and there was pics of my car license plate. I still was skeptical because I saw the notes here, but I had the option to pay online; and also I asked for a dispute because I didn't know about those charges earlier or else I would have paid and she said I will get it in a mail and I did not have to give them my CC info at the end of the day. I think they are real.

They are legit. Collector agency. Yep. Hertz mistake but I have to pay. Not their fault.
